I have a 2003 XLT 4.6L 4x4
I am going to replace the fuel filter, but i have never done it before, and i am having trouble tracking down what i think might be the correct filter. The old one is too dirty and i cannot seem to find a part number.
When i went to pepboys they had a purolator part number F65487 But then i went online to autopartswarehouse.com to find a cheaper one, (i did, only $7 compared to $28) it does not show a part number, and the picture looks different. Wondering if it is just a "Stock Photo" type of thing or if there could be a possibility that either pepboys has the wrong one in stock, or autopartswarehouse has the wrong one in stock.
Any thoughts?
