Currently building an 428 from bits an have found that i am missing the eccintric on the end of the cam for the fuel pump.

Are these made for only FE series or it is that same as windsor/cleavland/429?

you will need one for a FE. Try your local parts houses or Ford first, then MAC's, NPD or LMC Trucks and Dennis Carpender, lastly a wrecking yard.
