Well from past experence planing and more planing is the way to go about a big task like turboing a stock NA car.

Regarding fueling i have ditched the idea of LPG as my existing tank/lines etc arent upto the task and for the cost of a good GRA kit, install and tank i could get a decent fueling system and run it on petrol.

In regards to the fuel system im intrested in ideas or sujestions. I was thinking of a system as follows

Stock Fuel Pump pumping to a 5L in boot surge tank.
Bosh 044 (or equivelent) pump from there to engine
Stock fuel rail with adjustable pressure regulator
High flow injectors (32lb +)

does this seem like an overly complex system for fueling? Would it be better getting a highflow/high pressure intank pump, or will the stock pump be sufficent to run upto arround 300rwkw with slightly increased pressure and high flow injectors??

I would just go the bosch motorsport intank pump, I think there good to about 500hp. This would save on the surge tank which you shouldn't need if you mount the pump right.

I think you will need at least 36lbs for the injectors to do the ~400fwhp you are planning on.

Yep get the biggest injctors you can 42's or so..Let the ecu program them. Do it once otherwise you'll be spending $300 or so recalibrating ecu with every inj change...
I have std intank with bosch inline pump power supplied from relay and switched from std pump to keep safety issues etc..Surge tanks are not required this way as the std pump is supplying fuel to inline pump...Keep std fuel reg as it won't need to be adjusted as ecu does that,adjustable are not always consistant in fuel pressure either...
