Do you have the old plugs and coils? Swap the coils or the plugs back in and try it.

I once made the mistake of thinking my new Motorcraft plugs from my local dealership COULDN’T POSSIBLY have a bad one in the batch… but I got a misfire code on (IIRC) cylinder 5 right after the 100k tuneup on my old Taurus. 🤯🤬💩

To make it really interesting the bad plug wasn’t on the #5 cylinder, but on the cylinder that #5 is paired with (cylinder #2? I don’t remember).

Took me longer than I’d like to admit to find that little present!

Fun times.

EDIT: Do you have a way to monitor the fuel trims as you’re driving? There may be a vacuum leak.
