Does anyone know if a 281 and 289 use the same headers?

I was sent a pm about it and wouldn't have a clue myself

Never heard of a 281.
To the best of my knowledge there were 221/260/289 engines.

The 281 is the current 4.6.

That's a new one. would'nt have a clue to be honest.
I know my old engines right back to flatheads etc, and looking at photo's of the 4.6, I would hazzard a guess and say no, they wont fit.

Going on what the question was I assume the 281 and 289 were the same style engines.
If the 281 is meant to be the 4.6 there is no similarity.
It's like asking if the headers on a 351 Clevo would fit on a 460 big block.
