My truck dies at idle. There are no check engine lights or codes showing. It's driving me crazy. It's a 2010 f150 xlt 4x4 4.6l 3v

Sounds to me like a vacuum leak. Check / replace the PCV valve and hoses plus all the other hoses. It’s a place to start… no pun intended.

If you’ve scanned for codes and there aren’t any, that’s information in itself. It means the problem isn’t related to any of the sensors, actuators or other electronics.

I’d look at the fuel system next, but also I’d buy a vacuum gauge and compare readings between your truck and a similar truck with the same engine. That will rule out a vacuum problem. Vacuum gauges are cheap.
