holes in firewall on 97 CVPI

i have heard that there are 2, 3/4 inch holes in the firewall on CVPIs. does anyone know where these are located? they would prove very useful for running power wire .

Same question but for a 91 Crown Vic.... really dont' want to drill. How have yall run power wires???
