Okay I have found the first thing I don't like about the EF Falcon... the power steering pump!

I want to change the headgasket and do some head work to the EF, but I can't get the bloody power steering pump off. On the EA's it's as simple as taking the two front bolts out and then the rear nut, but on this EF the whole unit is bolted securely to the motor. I can't get the bolts that are right inbetween the head and powersteering pump because they are done up too tight and a spanner will snap if i try any harder.

Help! I need some ideas

Yeah I managed to get it finally... didn't realise there were holes in the power steering pulley for a socket to fit through either.

Ford should have put the timing chain tensioner on the other side of the motor, would be a hell of a lot easier to get to then.
