No your not but I think the AU xr series nose cone can look a bit off from a 3/4 front view. I like the series 1 other wise I wouldn't have got one but I think the series 2 better hides some of the concerns that I had! I agree about the series two trying to square off a design that is too round. I liked the T series no spoiler way of thinking but I liked the double deck on the XR. I think in the long run the rear wheel buldge has run its race.

HSE2, I love it, great stuff. Do herrod offer these seats with power adjustment?

Power adjustment I never asked. Doing it his way means they retrim the seats that you have. I originally wanted electric recaros but a sever lack of interest meant they lost out.

No no console modes yet BUT.. I wanted to get a T series dash to put in it of as a last resort a wrecked Fairmont, but I have since gone cold on it. The surround and strip in front of the passenger are the prim targets for a respray

Hehe. I am doing it just slowly. To be honest I am not sure I will go ahead with those plans. Things are going to get tight towards the end of the year, with Home buying and having to replace one of my other cars and now this bloody computer thing is going to hurt the Xr chances. If I do mod it It will probably only be bolt ons although some guys on BON built my engine on paper with part numbers and all. Reminds me I need to go get em

They feel great but a little different. If you look carefully you can see the seat is a little different. Cost well that is a bit of a sore point.
Throught circumstances that no one wants to take responsibility for, the cost blew out considerably. If you were to take your car to Herrod and the car was sitting under their nose and in the way and gather dust, bank on about $3300 and off the road for about 3 weeks

You and I are on the same wave lenght that is for sure. I wanted the XR8 logo and have a guess what that would have cost on top of the seats $500 for 4 logos. I was in melbourne and saw the Xplode and I just wanted those seats except in red. I was looking at around $4300 before fitting and transport so it was a little too much for me. I am very happy with these don't get me wrong but I will be making some enquires about making up the XR8 logo for the seat backs.

If you do ring Auto tek could you do use a favour and ask about the door sills. They had the logo and were in a carbon fibre look.
Don't go to any trouble just if you think of it!
