I’m currently looking for my dads Ford Cortina 1971 MK3, he sold the car in 2007 to someone located in or near Leicester.
We’re trying to locate the current owner of the car to get in contact with them regarding the car I no the car is not mot also got sold again in 2013 and also is showing a sorn

Can the DVLA not help ? or a friendly cop could run it on the PNC ( but this may be illegal now without justification )
