Richo has quit FTR half way through a 2 year deal.
The hot tip is obviously linking him with Perkins.
If Richo does go to Perkins it is believed he will not have major backing from Castrol.
FTR will make an announcement on its 2002 campaign in the coming weeks.
FTR's manager said that running a single car outfit next year is very unlikely.

I hope FTR runs 2 cars next year with Greg Ritter in the second car :s6:

Unbelievable, as if FTR wasn't in enough trouble already. If they drop back to 1 car Ford should get out of it quick smart.
If they stay as 2 cars ford should have a bigger say in who gets the drive.

Over on www.v8x.com.au it has some news on the matter. This " i really enjoyed my time there but it's time to move on" crap really gets to me sometimes. Why not just say it was a crap year and i've had enough. I hope FTR get another good driver for next year as they are still one of my favourite teams.
