Anyone out there know if the J-spec intake manifold is worth puting on my 96-SE. If so how hard are they to install. Will I need a ECU upgrade. Im still kinda new at the whole mod thing. Any help would be great

Why not go with the J-spec intake, AND port n polish it?! That way you get the best of both worlds!

170hp!? Wow, not bad for the little 4!
