Iv been trying to watch the video of john bowe with the GT of the fpv site for a fair while. I let the thing download the stream completely but couldnt find it in my temporary internet files. Does anyone know a direct link i can grab the file from?

Search your system for a file called fpv_250k[1].asx. (Don't forget to allow searching for hidden files)
