In this escape model it is a closed.system with no radiator cap. So pressure testing is not a option for a diy'er. I found a leak under one of the big radiator hoses on top on the passenger side of the escape. If you have a blue light even a black light will illuminate the coolant to spot a leak. I responded to this old post for future references.

As above from Aussiblue .Unless this is a very special Ford Escape , you just fit an adaptor to the coolant reservoir from the pressure tester kit and then check .
