Hello guys i got a pair of Lucas H4 headlamps out of a Ghia escort to put into my pano so i could give the sealed beam units to my dad and was wodering if i need a relay for them or is it a stright fit.

And what would be the best H4 globe to put in them that is bright and good.

An upgrade like that would require a relay. You don't want to be driving at night and have the headlights go out on you...

Coz i had a look in the manuel and it goes only the driving lights require a relay and the head lamps just go to the fuse box.

how would the relay be hooked up and is it a easy job.
and even though it doesnt say i require it is it better to put one anyway. what size relay??
