Simple (foolish?) question here... what do non-stock heads give you?
I'm looking at rebuilding one of my 351's, and I figured I'd try to get it running efficiently on gas, yet still have "fun" power. Would changing the heads make a difference in this area, or not enough of a different over stock heads?
