I have a 1982 Mark VI 4 door. It's a wicked nice ride- looks like something a pimp or mafia member would drive on a late 1970's cop show LOL. It is "pastel vanilla" with a brown carriage roof. It looks like a 4 door version of this car:

heres the back-

Picture that car with 4 doors, a brown cloth top instead of the body color vinyl one, brown cloth on the fake trunk tire bulge, no opera windows, and a fancier pastel vanilla leather interior with brown piping decor on the seats, extra thick brown shag carpeting, and a bunch of redundant courtesy lights inside, like UNDERNEATH the front seats, and you have my car! I'd post a personal pic but i have none, so thats it. I'm currently restoring it.

ummm

I actually am not sure. But with all the early 80's smog equipment and it's heaviness for the 302, its prolly around 135 or 140- wimpy huh? But ill prolly do a few performance mods to the engine so long as they don't hurt the originality of it. The car was custom ordered from the factory and from what i've been told, it may be the ONLY one optioned exactly like it!

Nobody i have asked has seen many with the factory carriage roof that deleted the opera windows and put fabric on the trunk, and neither have I!

The ones people saw were all in drab colors too- unlike mine. Thats why I want to keep it original as possible, while improving HP and gas mileage, etc. I might put a dual exhaust on it, but i'm not sure about a rumbly kind. I also need an owners manual LOL. It'd be cool if someone can clue me in on history of this car. I've already gotten alot of help from the 'net.
