My Ford Mustang (2008, convertible) had its right door replaced about a year ago with a regular mustang door. Recently, the car door while still closed is being registered as open, keeping the interior lights on and killing my battery. Is there a way i can keep my interior lights off permanently so it doesn’t kill my battery? Thanks!

This might / might not apply to your car . Some cars have a micro switch in lock assembly that tend to stick and can be freed of with WD 40
