Noob here. 2003 f150 questions

Truck has been idling rough and was suggested to put seafoam in the pcv valve. When looking around I found this hose unattached. Not quite sure what I'm looking at. Anything helps

Looks like there's a second hose unattached as well.
I would re-attach them as your engine is pulling in unfiltered air through those ports.

Gotcha thanks for replying. Do you have any clue which hole the hose is supposed to attach too?

Which ever one it fits snugly into. Otherwise, no difference.

I would say the red one as it looks like a seal. look into or stick your finger in the bottom one to see if it goes straight through or is it plugged inside
