The other day I stopped getting emails about repsonses to my subscribed threads. I left it a bit to see if it would work again but it didn't so I turned off instant emails in my profile and turned them on again but still no good?

Can anyone fix this?

Have you had a look at your personal settings under " User CP"? There is something in there that needs to be selected for instant notifications.

Due to the recent processor burning a hole in the Motherboard, I beleive John has disabled some items of the forums until replaced

Thanx. I had a look here but I mainly noticed the loss of instant emails. I didn't think the slowness was related.
