Have '98 Cobra. Car is new to me, but I see it has no Cat exhaust and K&N air filter. Throws a check engine code every 100miles. My scanner says0430, "Catalyst System efficiency below threshold Bank 2". What does that mean? Thanks, Kurt

That code is thrown when the cats are removed. With functioning cats the code will go away.
