Oil cooler for '65 Ranchero??

**NEWBIE HERE
Thinking of buying a '65 Ranchero with a 170.. no oil cooler.. will it be ok for a long drive? (3 hrs back home)

Wellll... I'd be more concerned about the rest of the vehicle, brakes, bearings, etc. over an oil cooler. I don't think they were stock on it.
