I got a 2000 Expy withe the 4.6 4x4. So far I only upgraded with a K&N air intake system.

I'm thinking about dropping a chip in - but not sure which one would be the best / safest for it. Any suggestions? Anything I should be wary of?

Also, thinking about putting in a cat back system - depending on who you talk to, either Gibson is the best or Flowmaster is... Not really sure at all - any suggestions or feedback would be highly appreciated.
