Well we've got a good website, it's just that no one uses it, so Steve stopped updating it. Most of the MIPOC members use the MIPOC forum on PT so the website doesn't get any hits.
Matt,
Sandon and Tom helped me out with the lights problem. Did you check the relay under the hood too? Are both lights not working or just one. If one isn't working you probably have a screwed motor. If they both don't work, you may find that there is a short in the wiring. On mine, we pulled off the front bumper and found that the original owner had quick spliced one of the wires to the passenger motor. Once we fixed that there was no problem and they've been working perfect for more than six months now. If it can wait a little longer, I'll check it out with you at HD-II. If not, I suggest trying to look for any cuts or splices in the wires. A good sign of that being a problem is when you continually blow the small fuse in the box under the hood. I went through about six before I got the problem fixed. If you are driving at night just adjust the lights to the up position manually and leave them up until you can fix the problem. If you have any other questions email me at
[email protected] and I'll see if I can help out.
