I just found out I have the same issue on my 2020 King Ranch after they "fixed" the backup camera, my USB ports are all working though. Seems to fix one thing they broke another. Even tried new setup and I get stopped at the same place everytime.

Were you able to get your issue fixed? I have the same problem with the backup assist and am planning on taking it to the dealer.

There was a recall for both cameras, the front and back, for the F150 2020. Lazy dealers will replace the camera (as they did for me) but... NOT calibrate them, which takes quite some time for them to do. I had to go back, to another dealer, and they proceeded to calibrate them, now it works. Good luck.
