hey guys, do you know if using bigger injectors will make my car fail the emission test here in cali, im asking this cause i want to get the injectors from the mustang 5.0 and a superchip for better performance, i know i will be putting more fuel on the engine but keep in mind that i will be using a supercharger to try and balance out the fuel to air ratio in order not to run lean or rich.

with a chip and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator you shouldnt run rich.

the ecu will also shorten or lengthen the injector pulses to accomidate for a rich or lean mixture if i remember correctly.

Yup, as along as everything is burned up properly, and you have no by-products, I think you should be fine. But then again California has alot stricter emmisions laws, so it may be illegal. Matter of fact, I'm pretty sure your supercharger will not be legal either, so why worry about the injectors?

i know where to get illegal smogs in CA
