The application: 1992 Ford Ranger, 2.3 Bone Stock.

The Question: I have recently found a nice list of recalls ford has had for this model ranger, When do recalls usually expire, if so, since my truck is obviously out of warrenty, will they honor the recall w/o me having to pay for anything? Thanks for answering my question.

Recalls don't ever expire and they stay with the vehicle. But!!! Some of what you may have could be "Programs" or "Technical Service Bulletins". Anything safety related and recalled by law cannot expire. But programs on emissions components can and T.S.B.'s are only performed if the symptom is present. Your dealer can enlighten you.
