Hi, I have a ford focus 1.8, 2001 model. Recently the engine warning lamp came on. Took it to Ford's and they replaced the coil and four spark plugs and charged £244.77. They said it took an hour to do the diagnostics -does this sound like a rip-off or was it a reasonable charge?
