Like I've said all along. V8Supercars need to have a long hard look at how they treat spectators. What happened at Barbagallo was a disgrace and typical in many ways.

They will not see me at any of their events until they treat me as a CUSTOMER - not as a nuisance.

Also, are they for real about doing pitstops at Oran Park? The facilities there are woeful and I can't see how they can do it with a full grid.

Claiming that 15000 people were turned away...I wonder if it is true or just a push for the street circuit which would rock in WA

Yeh the queue was very long and the toilets were shocking, but the biggest pissoff was that they ran out of beer.

I was told by someone in perth that the Perth city council rejected an offer for a perth street circuit. Is this true? I cant see why they would do that. I mean, what better way to advertise the city and get people spending money in it while visiting for the weekend. Just like they do in canberra and adelaide ect.

I have Been to the V8 Round at Barbagallo for the Last 5 years in a row. This year I went all three days and I have never seen it so busy. Sunday was amazingly busy. It was very hard to walk around etc and the pits were choc a blok to.

Perhaps people know that this will probably be the last round at Barbagallo? and maybe even the last V8 round in WA.

Their was more than 2 toilets in the place (I know because I used them! :) ). A slight exageration their.

I got there at 7am on Sunday and it was fairly busy even then but got in ok. I can imagine it gradually getting worse and worse though (traffic wise throughout the morning.)

The PCC (Perth City Council) have infact declined all Street Race applications. With the excuse of it causing to much disruption to the city and too much modifications needed to be made costing way to much.
