all the power steering parts are new, the car turns good one way but really hard the other way, we tried to replace the cylinder, it only made it worse. it worked fine when we first put it all together, but the cylinder leaked. now we are on the third cylinder and it keeps getting worse.

The control valve has springs in it, when you turn the steering and the effort is hard enough to push the spring on that side, it adds fluid to help turn. They are tough to rebuild to get them to center properly.
