I have a 67 Coupe as a daily driver. V8, 4sp. Needs a bit of work, but I like driving it. I wanted a 66, but bought the 67 as it came up at the right price at the right time.

66 "A" code coupe here.

Silver frost in colour, My car is pretty much original but in need of paint and some other small resto work. Car is still LHD and will remain that way.

The car has

Power assit drums
Original bench seat (red interior)
Rally pack
AM Radio with 8 track
Factory A/C and P/S

It has a C4 trans and 3.01 diff

Built in San Jose and sold in Hawthorne LA on the 23 dec 1965.

I have always had a soft spot for the 64 1/2 - 66 model mustangs. I like many would like a 69 Sportsroof

Ultimate would be a 69 or 70 429 BOSS.

Well, I had to vote for the 67-71 years. My frist car was a 67 coupe, father had a 71 Mach 1. One of my dream cars is a 68 Shelby KR 500 convertible with a 428cid SCJ.

64 1/2 "D" Code Convertable
289 factory 4 barrel - first produced
4 Speed manual
Electric Roof

and stock as a rock

brings a tear to my eye every time i mention it
or maybe it's the "HANDBRAKE" hitting me in the rib's for selling it

A 1964 coupe now that is one rare car. You sure now must miss cruising in it. Its like you've hopped back into time when you hop into those cars. That thing must have turned a fair few heads especially in Oz.

I voted for the Glory Years (tm) era. My favorite is the 1971 BOSS 351 and MACH-1 429. The Steve McQueen Movie BULLITT 1968 Fastback in Highland Green is also a favorite.

Dad currently has an Orange 1965 Notchback. A neat little car.

i know what you mean but it sat in the corner of the factory for almost two years & was only drive twice & that was only because it needed a clean so i guess it was time to go & let somebody else get some enjoyment from it like we did

I have always wanted a 1969 mach1. The raw mean appearance of it is just drool worthy. My uncle had a 67 model, yellow with a 390ci V8.

I currently own an 89 LX, but my daughter uses it to drive to work. It's got one of those tired 2.3's but it get's good gas milage.
I would love to install a 302, but as long as she need's it for work I guess it's just a dream.

i've got an 83 LX with a 93 GT front end and quarter glass, the original 4 cylender got tossed in favor of a 351W Intercepter out of an old cop car. Currently running a C4 but have a T56 on my wish list hehe, would settle for a nicely built T5 though
