I was talking with Greg on AIM tonight and we were talking about this. it WILL work, you just have to do the following:
Drill in a holes for the vacuum fitting that goes on the left, and for one of the sensor. You will have to unscrew that vacuum fitting off of the old manifold and screw it into the new one. Then, the linkage does not line up, but looks like it can be fixed pretty easily. the tb just is angled towards the front of the car a little bit on the ranger manifold.
The runners are way longer and the manifold does not look like it will clear the hood, but it DOES. My hood dropped just fine and it looks really mean under there as tall as it sits.
The removeable tb makes it worth it.... i may get another manifold and do this if i dont supercharge. i sold the original one.
