hey,
im selling my current manifold to make way for a wilder designed one.
i made it in august last year and its only done 1000ks on the car.
made out of 1 1/2 inch inside diameter cast steam pipe,
which is the same size as the head ports.

very well made as i take alot of pride in my work.
on my car it made 194rwkws at 6psi on a stock engine.
designed to run a external wastegate but i can modify if buyer needs it to be.

Some details on the manafold would be really good.

What design is it (ie

equal length?
split pulse?
what waistgate is it designed for?
Flange type?
runner design (ie what runners merge where?)

Im trying to work out if it would be suitable for me (K27 externaly gated)

I know its probably come up alot, but would this fit and alloy head 4.1? The bolt patterns look the same at least.

now its off the car i have some pics of it...
had a t4 mounted on it, and used a 45mm v band wastegate.
runners are not eqaul lenght and all merge two inches before the flange.
i will be removing the flange from where the wastegate sat for my next manifold.

The 4.1 Cast, 4.1 Alloy and the 3.9/4.0L OHC intake and exhaust manifolds are all different. I had a picture of my Garrett turbo exhaust manifold on here for a while or sale. I was going to make a spacer plate to bolt to the 3.9/4.0L head to fit the 4.1 turbo manifold but lost interest. Had to get 35mm flat bar and drill out 6 holes and tap and drill and countersink some bolt holes. Not a small job for a Weekend Warrior !!!

I thought T04 had two flanges.
Small is the American flange and Large is the European flange or vice versa !!!
My Garrett T04 uses a large flange whereas the AIT uses the small one.
Any good turbo shop will have both housings to suit and may even swap u.

why did this have to be an open collector housing?!
I even have the wastegate to suit but I need a split pulse flange
BUT OTHERWISE....i'd be on the phone in a second.
