Ford Motor Co.’s Land Rover luxury sport-utility division settled a dispute over pay with U.K. workers that led to two strikes. Union members voted by more than three-to-two in favor of accepting a revised company offer that includes an agreement from the carmaker to negotiate any changes to shifts and working practices, the Transport & General Workers union said. Land Rover workers held two one-day strikes this year at the division’s plants in Solihull and Gaydon, near Birmingham, England, to protest an offer of a 6.5 percent pay increase over two years.
