Driving home from Ipswich to Brissy last night, moderate rain, and to my suprise water starts dripping (very slowly) from below the dash onto my right foot. Turn left and this becomes a trickle. What the!

I don't know where to begin looking for the leak. Needless to say this is worrying me somewhat as who know how bad this might become and what electricals it might damage.

Has anyone had any trouble with water leaking from behind or under the dash before? As far as I know it is only occurring in the one spot, right above the accelerator pedal. However, as the 'flow' appeared when turning left it is obviously pooling somewhere up in behind the dash.

Can be caused by leaves collecting in the corners of the scuttle panel (between front windscreen and front bonnet and front door upper hinge) so the water goes inside the car instead of draining off. A high pressure hose blast with hood up will fix it
