I think we only have 2 or 3 LS folks on the board, if that!
LS?

MARQMAN, Are you sure you want to do that?
The real Ultimate Driving Machine

The LS owners have so many boards to chat on, that I thought that I'd wait awhile to see how this one developed. It sure has been slow. . .:wink2:

If you're thinking about the LS, I'd say that you should go for it. Mine is a year and a half old with 28,000 miles, and it's been a great car. Handling is fantastic, ride quality is great even with the Sport Package, and I find the V-8 to have more than ample power.

I was in the position to consider any vehicle out there, but I am totally happy with my LS, so I know that I made the right decision!

This is one vehicle that will surprise you, along with many other drivers on the road. It can keep up with many in the straights and out maneuverer them in the twisties.

Ya, I was planning on getting it a few months ago then i decided to wait to see the Blackwood when it comes out, but i decided it wasnt just me. So my final decision is im gonna finish my lease on my ranger then get the LS. Its also good all ive heard was good about the LS's, specially the V-8's :).
Many Moons

The way this car is made reminds me of the old "Merkur Scorpio's" and XR4TI-EIEIO'S". Its gonna be an expensive car to repair later on in life. Leasing this car sounds like a good idea, that way, you get the best of both worlds.:CraZ:
Future expenses

Well Bluecollar, I guess that I do have to agree with you. I always tend to buy the Shop Manual for every car I buy, and this one should just say, "Stay good friends with your dealer."

I plan on keeping mine for six years or so, so I decided to take the plunge. I'm glad I did, as the car is so much fun to drive that the miles are racking up!

I can only hope that the car will be as trouble free after the warranty as it has been during the warranty. I know, I know, it is a complex car, but I've got my fingers crossed!
