What do these fuel and emission system services consist of?

I took my 2017 Mustang to the Ford dealer the other day and they recommended two things; 1. JB200 Complete Fuel/ Emissions System Service and 2. JB203 Intake and Throttle Body Service with Fuel System Cleaner. Can anyone tell me specifically what these two services consist of? I'm wondering if it amounts to anything more than a couple of bottles of additive.
