I have a coolant leak coming from the base of this which I believe is the coolant temperature housing is there anybody that can let me know what this is and where I can find one I haven’t had any luck so far

It is a thermostat housing, may also be referred to as a heater pipe(s), at least on other models with the 302. You’ll have to buy a used one as they’re no longer made even aftermarket.

When was the last time the coolant was changed as it looks awfully brown to me. It also looks like those heater hoses are weak and swollen as well.
