Where is the horn on a ford e-350?

Yep. Found it. Thanks.
Bottom. Behind the bumper. Dual horns. Looks like I'll need teeny-tiny hands to get to it. Now for my 2nd question.
It's been a long, long time since I've had to test a horn. My recollection is run a wire directly from the horn to the + side of the battery. If horn sounds, horn is OK, probably a bad horn button in the steering wheel or a loose wire someplace. Am I on track?

I remembered that. If memory serves me right, from long, long, ago, the mounting bolt serves as earth/ground. That is why there is only one wire (positive) attached to the horn. Pressing the horn "button" completes the circuit.
