Twice I've had a good look and can't find leads let alone plugs. Anyone know where they're hiding and why they're hidden?

No spark plug leads.
The engine uses coil on plug technology (one coil for each spark plug, mounted directly on spark plug).
In the middle of the engine rocker cover is a black face plate, remove this (allen key from memory) and you'll find the plugs.

Never heard of this type of setup before. Might take a peak tomorrow. Meanwhile, I'll do a bit of websearching to find a bit more info that I may have overlooked in the past. Cheers.
