2004 Explorer in Bangor Maine
I have a second hand Explorer where both of the washer motors have no power to them. I have no manual for fuse location, but all fuses test good.
I am open to any suggestions.

You can download the owners manual for free HERE

Be sure to check fuses under the dash and under the hood.

Should be the same fuse as the wiper motor. You will have to check the switches and washer motors.

Find the wire that goes to the washer bottle and test it with a tester when someone pushes the W/S squirter button and see if your getting juice to it. If you are the electric motor on the bottle is bad. If not it might be a broken wire or blown fuse. The Electric motor comes attached to the bottle if you have to replace it
