I got me an 85 XF S Pack. Just plain standard really, haven't done anything to it. Recently "broke" the clutch and can't be bothered taking it in to get it fixed so have bought an 87 XF Panel Van instead :hy:

i got a 1987 ford falcon xf s-pac with a 250 x-flow in it.

shes in mint condition, lowered, tickford rims, sound system (MB quartz tweeters and splits, 2 12" subs, and kenwood 6x9's), 2.5" exhaust, xg ute grill, 5 speed manual heavy duty clutch, electronic xf fairmont ghia dash, pacemaker extractors, just ordered xg xr6 style twinlights.

im 16, from perth australia, been saving for ages, bought the car pretty much stock, had it for 8 months, spent about 5k on it so far, got more plans for her yet.

Yer my old man has a 1990 XF ute as well...although badged a nissan, and running a 351 C and C4...with EVERYTHING working (including air).

He just LOVES it!

a few of my friends have xf falcons, ones got a 4-speed manual 6cyl, the other with a 5-speed, and another with an auto (a fairmont) which ive driven, good car to cruise really light in the steering but it had a few problems, the kick down switch didnt work and alot of oil leaks, the only thing i didnt like was the poor turning circle. another mate of mine has a TE cortina with a rebuilt 6, 4-speed manual and a mini spool. i raced it off the lights and it beat my AU up until 80km/h, i couldnt believe it.

i have an 87 XF Fairmont giah, EC-4 , injected, extractors, 4 speed manual, 2.77 diff, 3 inch pipe. just broke 15s down the quater. over 200kph.

I have a XW with a 250 X flow and C4 on 15" hi profile tyres. Runs like a dream as has only done around 6,000 KMs since total rebuild. Unfortuneately the XW body is getting pretty sad. Was a nice Fairmont before we decided to turn it into a Variety Bash car. Could be persuaded to sell or part it out if anyone wanted to restore it to its former glory.

This is my xf, the 4.1 auto was good, took a hiding around taupo race track in nz but needed more power, now runs a 351w with about 440hp at the motor with a shift kitted fmx Trans, goes great
