OK I have taken it apart and replaced the timing belt in a Zetec 2.0 16valve engine that broke, cylinders 1,2,4 have 150lb #3 has 90lb so it's a interference engine not what I was hoping for. Question, can I run it this way? I have a slight ticking sound from one of the lifters I'm assuming. What type of damage can accure if I run it this way? Right now I need the car, in a month I have a week that I can tear it down and get the valve fixxed. Any thoughts?

Don't run it or you'll risk more damage. Remove the cylinder head and check for damage. It will be bent valves, damaged seats, damaged guides and possibly piston damage.
