Not sure what vehicle you're wanting this for, but I might suggest thinking about choosing a different trans (like an E4OD). Though, I suspect this is for either a bronco2 or an explorer, in which case options become limited.
I guess the reason I say all that is because "repairing" a transmission is usually not a realistic option. Unless you have a very minor problem, you will be needing to flat out rebuild or replace your trans. If this is what you had in mind, there are plenty of repair kits that come with application specific manuals.
