I've recently picked up my BA XR6 with a sunroof, and i find it's allowing quite a lot of wind noise to get through when it's fully closed. Is anyone else experiancing this, or is my one just faulty and making noises that it shouldnt.

Get it looked at. My AU2 was woeful for noise and they couldn't ever fix it. I was told my trim ring was incorrectly fitted which necessitated packing out the front seal.
My EF XR8 has a sunroof and I have no wind noise at all. My mates Caprice started to get noisy and then months later became worse and the whole sunroof has now dropped at one end about 8mm. Get it checked...
My sunroof (BA FAirmont Ghia) is silent when fully closed, makes a small amount of noise when just the glass is closed. However the dash (creaking) and climate control fan (stays at higher than needed speed) are driving me nuts.
