Hi everyone, I have a 2006 Mercury Mariner 4wd V6 that has a new alternator and battery (both have been tested good) and about a hour into a drive the battery light comes on , and says its draining power with a scanner. But when you shut it off and restart it everything is fine and it's charging again and you have to drive it a long time again before the light comes back on ????? Please help , thank you.
