Holden have done everything within the rules and marketed it to perfection. The only disappointment should be that Ford Oz hasn't replied in kind.

The big question is why isn't there a FPR entered 7 litre GT HO with Ambrose, Lowndes, Ingall and Seton driving... Then I guarantee there will be none of the "the monaro isn't production" crap

 

The series is run by Procar, not Holden.

Ultimately Holden built a race car and Procar let them race it. IF there is a fault, it's not that Holden still race the 427, it is that Procar allows it.

There will be calls to make the series production, and how people on here would love to see a showroom production series come to the forefront.
