I just replace slave, master and line. Pre bleed the line and master together, connected it all together once I got the tranny back up and mounted when to do the final bleed out with it connected to the slave but the pedal is sluggish. I did break the cream plastic piece on the safety interlock but used some zip Ties don?t know if that would affect it, but when I was installing it the pedal rod did disconnect from the master and I pushed it back in did that allow air into the master? Pls help I?m about to pull my hair out aha

You're probably not fully bled. Does the clutch perform as it should otherwise? Fully engages and fully releases? I'd also find a replacement for the interlock, wire ties aren't much for punishment.
What was the reason for replacing hydraulic side initially ? As suggested , try bleeding again and check operation of clutch lever when someone operates pedal .
