help i need help i want to know if thair is some thing that you can do to a ef auto to get a more faster or harder responce of the line i have a farly stock ef six pac i have allready rebuilt the donk but my bro in his stock vn v6 just kills me of the line all the way up to around 100 then i start to take over but i have no bottom end power even my little 1990 nissan pulsar sss kills it all the way wht can i do??????????????

Mate it's not because you falcon has no power low down, I beleive the offender in this case is your auto transmission.
I have an ED, it's the same.
It's a known fact that falcon auto's a very tally geared. (with commodores being the opposite)
Convert to 5 spd manual, or get a an electronic shift kit. 9psi_EB makes these and sells them for peanuts, I have heard good things about them.

Diff and manual would be the way to go IMO. Depending on how good you are with cars, you can pick up a manual EA for $6-800. The box has slightly different ratios but will otherwise bolt straight in. You can keep the EF computer and fool it into thinking the auto is in neutral by running a 6.5 to 7.2 K-ohm resistor between pins 91 and 64.
A decent diff will set you back a similar figure.
Just remeber to at least double all estimates of cost if you pay somebody to do the work for you...
