How to change the dashboard language in focus MK3 without control on steering wheel?

Hi everyone

i have a 2014 Focus Mk3 with no control buttons on my steering wheel and i cant really change my trip or language on the dashboard. Is there a way i can do so ?

Thanks for your reply but as mentioned i dont have any buttons on my steering wheel. its a 2014 mk3 though.
